BLHT have held a series of employer and learner events where we have invited employers and learners to tell us what they really want from BL Hairdressing Training.

The response was:
Inspired staff
Better Customer Service Skills
Retailing Skills
Dedicated Cutting Workshops
Advanced Colouring Seminars

The result is the New Graduate Stylist Programme starting from October 2005. The programme is by invitation only and is only available to selected salons and learners.

The emphasis will be on customer service skills and meeting the needs of the clients. Graduate Stylists will be monitored within the salon to ensure their percentage of requests, returns and new client’s increases during the course of the programme.

BLHT will deliver dedicated workshops from leading stylists covering cutting and advanced colouring techniques.

Some seminars and workshops will incur a charge for attendance.
